General Rules
Don't forget to hit "save" at the bottom when Editing. 
If not sure, save a duplicate of a file before editing.
Beware: Pulse system has a bug that sometimes do not work well when you delete an image
Photo filenames: use all lowercase, and no spaces in the file name;
If the image file size is > 4 Mb, pulse may not accept it. Try to reduce image file size to 1 Mb or 2 Mb by modifying the jpg quality. (Use Apple's Preview app to re-size images to one with width ~ 1024 pt)

Media Archive (photos, video, recording, pdfs)

Admin>>Media>>about_2_gallery  the first photo in this gallery is used to show an image between the first and second paragraphs of the about-me text

move photos to ymb-gallery-profile-reserve to hide

Events

Admin>>Media>>ymb-events add photos there to display concert and travel images in random order at the bottom of the Events page.  (move photos to ymb-events-reserve to hide them or to store reserve photos)
